The Journey of Artweyes
-
Melissa started her sole career journey as a graphic designer in 1992 down on the Gold Coast.
After graduating in 1992, Melissa started out as a junior advertising artist at the hugely popular Surfing Life Magazine in Burleigh Heads, one of the many publications managed by Morrison Media.
A few years went by and the itch to head overseas became apparent. She travelled to Canada/USA on a 1yr working visa in Whistler, British Columbia and worked for a local newspaper The Whistler Question. Boy did she have the experience of her lifetime that year.
Returned after over a year and dove straight back into full time work for a Printing Co in Southport and stayed there for many years.

Contact Us today!
Time went by, and it became apparent, the need for a more specialised, and personalised design service was needed in her circle of colleagues, family and friends.
In 2003, Artweyes Graphics was then born. Initially started up as a small freelance home-based business, Melissa also held up a 9-5 job, whilst being a wife, and then soon after a mother to two beautiful boys.
Artweyes started out as mostly freelance, and 'freebies' for those in need, and slowly grew over time.
With the help of this newly established website, we will grow more broadly with the offerings, and take off with the products and service offerings into the future.
