2. Send me your logo, (high-res jpeg or vector .eps file) or your text and your design ideas. I will put together your idea, first half hour is free for design component. Outside of this is charged at $100/hr.
3. Please let us know your requirements.
4. We will confirm order design and send through final costings.
5. Once payment is received order will begin processing and be placed into production.

1. How long will it take to make the sign? Generally, we need 10-15 working days after approval confirmed. 

2. How long is the shipping time? Standard Shipping: about 10-15 working days.

3. Do you accept return or cancellation after order? We do not accept or refund unless there are quality problems. But we have standard process to ensure the final product meet your requirements.

4. I have special requirements, can you do that for me? All of our signage support being customised. Please contact us on admin@artweyes.com.au

5. How long is the warranty? We provide 1 year warranty, only for quality problems, excluding artificial damage. If there is any problem with the product, buyer needs send us a video to record the problem.
